Monochrome will never DM you first. There is no support team in your DMs. There is no presale link. The only MCR subscription happens on the Monochrome Launchpad at monochrome.exchange, and nowhere else.
Before acting on anything that claims to be from Monochrome:

Check the domain

Only monochrome.exchange and docs.monochrome.exchange. Anything else is not us.

Check the account

Only the verified @Monochrome_EN account and affiliated team accounts shown on it.

Never share keys or codes

Monochrome staff will never ask for your password, seed phrase, private key, or 2FA code.
