These docs are issued by Monochrome (the "Company") and describe the MCR token, the Monochrome Exchange platform, and the Monochrome ecosystem. They are published for general information. Participation in any MCR offering is subject to the jurisdictional eligibility requirements set out in [Restricted Persons](/legal/restricted-persons).

**No offer.** Nothing here constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, financial product, fund unit, or other regulated instrument in any jurisdiction. Where MCR is offered, that offer is made only pursuant to definitive sale documentation, only in jurisdictions in which such an offer is lawful, and only to persons who are not Restricted Persons. Any regulatory licences, products, or track record of a Monochrome Affiliate are the property of that affiliate alone and are not extended to Monochrome Exchange or to MCR. References to Monochrome Affiliates are for context only and create no rights or obligations between MCR holders and any such affiliate.
